Maria Gabriella STANZIONE
is assistant professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Salerno (Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche Sociali e della Comunicazione).
In 2009 she has served a 6-months internship at Corte Costituzionale.
In 2010 she has attended the II Colloquio biennale dei Giovani Comparatisti "Privato, pubblico, globale nelle prospettive del Diritto comparato", with a paper entitled "Principio di precauzione e diritto alla salute. Profili di diritto comparato".
In 2011 she has taught Comparative Private Law at Link University of Malta in Rome.
In 2012, she has attended the first cycle of the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé at University of Strasbourg.
She is member of the editorial board of "Giurisprudenza straniera - Leading Cases", section of the law review on line "Comparazione e diritto civile" directed by Professor Pasquale Stanzione.
She has written two monographies and several articles in Italian reviews.
Her main research interests concern Comparative Family Law, Tort Law, Personal Identity and Communication Law.
